Custom Items: Each T-Shirt and Kiss-Cut sticker is printed specifically for you and is considered a custom order. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or not as described.
Defective Items: If you receive product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or a refund as soon as possible.
Sizing Issues: When ordering apparel, to avoid sizing problems, please refer to our size chart before placing your order. We recommend double-checking your measurements.

If not completely satisfied with a purchased card you may return it within 30 days for a full refund. Please use this link for the proper form that also serves to report a damaged item.
If a refund is issued for any product please allow 3 to 10 business days for credit to your account.
